The following payment options are available for your order:
You can pay conveniently by prepayment. Once you have completed your order, you will receive our payment details, and your goods will be dispatched once payment has been received.
Alternatively, we offer purchase on account for customers in Switzerland (within Switzerland only). Please refer to the relevant invoice for the payment deadline and details.
We also accept major credit cards (VISA and MasterCard), so you can complete your purchase quickly and securely online.
Shipping
Shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein
The following terms apply to deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein:
- For orders up to CHF 150.00, a flat-rate shipping fee of CHF 10.00 is charged for postage, packaging and handling.
- For orders totalling CHF 150.00 or more, all shipping costs are waived.
This policy applies exclusively to end customers.
Customers and retailers with special terms and conditions pay shipping costs in accordance with their individually agreed terms and conditions.
Shipping to Germany
We currently deliver our products exclusively to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Germany.
The following applies to deliveries to Germany:
- Flat-rate delivery charge: CHF 20.00
- Delivery time: approx. 10 to 15 days
Please note that there may be slight delays depending on the delivery service provider and customs clearance.
